He offered advice about how he’d shape the future of HR, and what he would do differently, even disclosing that he’d be working in sports if it wasn’t for HR.

Nice article and good points made especially the new HR breed need to be more analytical and data driven. Least favorite response is when Stephen states "no major faux pas" which I doubt. You really don't learn unless you have stumbled somewhere on the way. :) - Marianne Wisheart
