Comment of the week: 5 minutes with…HBC executive vice president of HR Stephen Cerrone

by |
Three decades in HR mean that Hudson’s Bay Company’s new executive vice president of human resources, Stephen Cerrone, has more than a few words to say on his field.

He offered advice about how he’d shape the future of HR, and what he would do differently, even disclosing that he’d be working in sports if it wasn’t for HR.

But apparently, not everyone believed that he hadn’t made any major stumbles along the way:
Nice article and good points made especially the new HR breed need to be more analytical and data driven. Least favorite response is when Stephen states "no major faux pas" which I doubt. You really don't learn unless you have stumbled somewhere on the way. :) - Marianne Wisheart
